I go through periods of being super into my fitness and workouts, then others when I really can’t be bothered. Fitness and physical health should be something natural but in today’s world of fitness trends and pricey gym memberships, reformer pilates and celeb routines, we sometimes don’t know where to start and quite frankly, can’t find the motivation to bother.
Introducing the gamification of fitness! A tool to make you want to workout. Crazy, I know. If your brain works the way mine does, you may get a dopamine hit by doing a different kind of workout. By ticking something off. By challenging yourself in fresh ways not to lose weight or get abs but just because it’s novel and new.
Creating a fitness bingo card helps you to feel motivated to keep going. It helps you to see what you should do next because the card dictates it. You know everything on there is something you want to do and will be something fresh and shiny every time!
It makes you sort of want to workout
Here’s a bingo card I created for myself to inspire you

I took some time to think about what I’d like to do and fresh ways to mix up my workouts. This month I have taken on the Garmin challenge of running 10 hours across the month. This new take on running goals (that’s not speed or distance) has made running fun again. The thing about running for time is that you can just sit back (not literally!) and enjoy it because it doesn’t matter how fast or far you go, the time will always be the same goal!
This is what I want the bingo card to do: change up the way I see working out. It keeps things from feeling stale or boring; hard or a chore. It becomes interesting!
Here’s the template you can download and fill in yourself!

I hope you enjoy your workouts this summer with this fresh idea! I created this template in Canva, so if you wanted to create your own, you can do it there for free.
Sincerely,
S. xx
