Sundays (or the day before you return to work for a new week) are perfect for shedding off the week and setting yourself up for the week ahead. Here are some of the things I do to reset for a new week on Sundays.
(I don’t always complete this list. It’s just the ideal Sunday reset list!)
In no particular order:
- Wash my hair
- Longer walk with the dog
- Meal prep some lunches for the week
- Plan my outfits for work for the week
- Clean and tidy the house
- Change the bedsheets
- Put a clothes wash on
- Longer yoga session
- Journal about the week (gone and or ahead, setting intentions)
- Read for longer
- Errands or any admin
- Blog post written
- A bulk of my University reading done
- Jog or workout
- Play game
- YouTube video inspiration
- Post my content
