My Sunday Reset Routine

Sundays (or the day before you return to work for a new week) are perfect for shedding off the week and setting yourself up for the week ahead. Here are some of the things I do to reset for a new week on Sundays.

(I don’t always complete this list. It’s just the ideal Sunday reset list!)

In no particular order:

  • Wash my hair
  • Longer walk with the dog
  • Meal prep some lunches for the week
  • Plan my outfits for work for the week
  • Clean and tidy the house
  • Change the bedsheets
  • Put a clothes wash on
  • Longer yoga session
  • Journal about the week (gone and or ahead, setting intentions)
  • Read for longer
  • Errands or any admin
  • Blog post written
  • A bulk of my University reading done
  • Jog or workout
  • Play game
  • YouTube video inspiration
  • Post my content
